At Least 2 SIA Members On The Watch

There will always be at least two SIA licensed team members living in your property.

Fire Marshal Trained

All of our Property Guardians must pass a Fire Marshal’s course to be approved to live in your property. 

FREE Security Guard

Depending on the size of your property and its assessed risk, we may provide a FREE daytime guard.

Only 28 days notice is required to hand back the property to you

Property security management established on the same day.

Social impact

PROJECT BASECAMP

This is  our new social impact initiative providing temporary accommodation for single homeless individuals with our security teams at vacant properties. This service, in partnership with local authorities, offers 3-12 months of accommodation, giving individuals a chance to get back on their feet.

AMBIKA SECURITY

We have adapted our business model to include a safety net for single homeless people. Our approach is preventative rather than reactive, and it is implemented at no cost to you.
